2025 • Currently
In 2025, we completed the implementation of our Internal Laboratory, a strategic milestone in the company’s evolution and in strengthening our commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation. This achievement reinforces our commitment to operational excellence and to delivering solutions that fully meet our customers’ expectations.
2021
In 2021, inaugurated its social space, “Extravaganza For Happy Hours,” located in a kiosk adjacent to the company’s facilities.
2020
In 2020, began and completed the construction of its third building, expanding its facilities into an adjacent area at 3876 Júlio de Castilhos Avenue. The expansion added 764 m² dedicated to product storage and processing, supporting the company’s continued growth in line with market demands. Today, we have an operational area of 3,500 m² for our activities, structured to better serve our customers.
2016
In 2016, entered the refrigeration sector, expanding its product portfolio to serve both industry and the replacement market across various applications, such as Freezers, Deep Freezers, Refrigerators, Refrigerated Counters, Water Dispensers, Beverage Dispensers, among others, across the entire national territory.
2015
In 2015, expanded its Export Department to further consolidate its activities in Import, Trade, and Export operations.
2010
In 2010, acquired a new area for the expansion of its headquarters at 3886 Júlio de Castilhos Avenue, adjacent to its existing headquarters at No. 3898. This expansion enabled the installation of a Laboratory and a product Transformation and Assembly Line, strengthening and expanding the company’s presence in the Heating, Cooking, and White Goods Markets in general.
2008
In 2008, was classified as an INDUSTRIAL company and changed its corporate name to Imexport Indústria Comércio Importação e Exportação Ltda. In line with changes in the global market and new international strategic alliances, the company began incorporating industrial products from South Korea, China, and other countries, supported by complementary industrial processes.
1999
In 1999, built its new headquarters at 3898 Júlio de Castilhos Avenue, in Caxias do Sul, marking a new stage in the company’s business expansion.
1998
In 1998, achieved TRADING Company status and changed its corporate name to Imexport Trading S.A., in compliance with government requirements to access the benefits granted to Ttrading companies. This marked the beginning of a broader export operation, including manufactured products and industrial laundry machinery supplied to several South American countries.
1997
In 1997, Imexport acquired land in a prime area on Júlio de Castilhos Avenue for the expansion of its headquarters.
1994
In 1994, the company was renamed Imexport Comércio Importação e Exportação Ltda. and expanded its activities by importing electric and gas thermostats, as well as other related industrial products. Operating in Brazil, Imexport served both industrial manufacturers and the replacement market, offering products from Italy, Germany, Spain, the United States, South Korea, Taiwan, Argentina, and Colombia.
1986
In 1986, Imexport Comércio Representação Importação e Exportação Ltda. was founded with the purpose of operating in the Thermostat Trade through imports and national and international representations, at its own headquarters located at Rua Os 18 do Forte, 1881, Caxias do Sul – RS – Brazil.
